Where your trip is kept
If you use the site without an account, your trip details (cities, dates, traveller count, preferences, and the nationality you pick for visa matching) stay in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not keep them, and you delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Alongside them your browser keeps a random device number that we use only to count the free trips per day; it is not tied to your name or to anything about you, and our server holds that count — with your IP address as a ceiling for one network — in memory only, cleared every day. If you are signed in, we save your trips to your account with our database provider Supabase so you can reach them from any device. If you create a share link for a trip, we keep a copy of its details on our server for up to a year — including the nationality, traveller count and home airport you chose, but not your name, email or device number — and anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust.
What reaches our server
We keep one simple counter of our own: how many visits arrived, and how many times a partner link was opened (flights, hotels, activities and so on). It is aggregate numbers only — no cookies and no identifier tying a click to a person — and it exists so we know which section deserves the work. Our server acts as a search proxy: it receives search parameters (such as city, coordinates, dates and guest count) and forwards them to third-party providers, so that API keys never appear in the browser. Search itself needs no identity from you, and we never ask for a phone number or any payment method. Four things are stored with us: (1) if you create an account — entirely optional — we keep your email, the name you choose and the trips you save, with our database provider Supabase; (2) if you create a poll, its trip options, the votes and the voter names people type are stored; (3) the temporary sign-in code emailed to you through Resend; (4) the copy of a trip you share by link, as described above.
No payments on this site
We do not process any payment and never see any card details. Every purchase or booking happens entirely on the third-party provider's site, under their policies and protections.
Third parties we work with
The booking links on this site open with our partners: Stay22 (stays, which takes you on to Booking.com and other booking sites), Booking.com and Airbnb (hotel and stay pages), Aviasales via Travelpayouts (flights), WeGoTrip and GetYourGuide (activities), EconomyBookings (car hire) and Airalo (eSIM) — the last two through Travelpayouts widgets embedded in the page. To show real results we also query other providers, chiefly: Travelpayouts/Aviasales (flight prices), Stay22 (the stays map and its prices), Booking.com via RapidAPI (hotel and flight prices), Airbnb via RapidAPI (independent stays), OpenFreeMap, MapTiler and Esri (map imagery), OSRM and OpenRouteService (walking and driving routes), Foursquare (places), Supabase (accounts and database), Resend (delivering sign-in codes by email), Google Analytics (visit statistics, with your consent — see the next section), HERE (public-transport routing), YouTube (place clips), Pexels and Unsplash (city photos), Google Maps and open platforms such as OpenStreetMap and Overpass, Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons and Wikivoyage (photos and information), Open-Meteo (weather). When you open an outbound link or an embedded widget loads, that party may collect its own data (such as IP address and cookies) under its own privacy policy — please review it with them directly.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising cookies, and our own counters (visits and partner-link opens) store nothing on your device at all. We use Google Analytics to learn which pages are useful, and it runs in consent mode: until you answer — and if you choose “No thanks” — it sets no cookie on your device and receives only cookieless pings with no identifier (such as the page opened and the browser type). If you choose “Agree”, it sets its cookies (such as _ga) to recognise a returning visit, with IP anonymisation on and no advertising use. Your choice is kept in your browser only, we ask again after 13 months, and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site's pages or with the button below this section; the site works fully either way. Affiliate links and embedded widgets (such as the Airalo and car-hire widgets) may also set their own cookies to attribute referrals and commission; these belong to those parties and are not under our control.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights and contact
If you use the site without an account, your data is on your device and is deleted by clearing this site's data in your browser. If you created an account, we hold your email, your name and your saved trips: you can delete any trip from "My trips" at any time, and to delete the account itself and everything tied to it — or a poll you created, or a share link before its year is up (send us the link itself), or for any privacy question — contact us through the channels listed on our About page and we will carry out your request.
